No, on this tour we will stay outside and talk about each location. Some of the locations are private historical houses that will be open during the Christmas Historic Home Tour if you would like a look inside.

The Conroe Tour is wheelchair accessible, the Montgomery Tour is not. If you require accessibility and would like to experience the Montgomery Tour from the comfort of a vehicle or a golf cart (that you provide), please email [email protected] to make arrangements. We will do a private tour for you without requiring the 6 person minimum.

Children 12 years and older are welcome to attend. We will be talking about scary things and it can get creepy but nothing will jump out to scare you. All children 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Tours will proceed in light rain or drizzle. In the event of heavy rain or lightning, the tour will be canceled. If a cancellation occurs, we will notify you using the email address provided at booking. We do not offer refunds; however, your booking may be rescheduled to any available future tour within the next six months. Please note that bookings may be rescheduled a maximum of two times.

You are not guaranteed to see a ghost. Sorry, they do what they want.
Even if you don't believe in the supernatural, ghost tours are a fun, one-of-a-kind experience because it offers a unique glimpse into the local history and the legendary personalities that shaped the city into what it is today.

If you have a group of 6 people or more you can arrange to have a private tour. Email [email protected] with your request and have a few dates in mind you would like to schedule your tour. Leah, the owner, will work with you to arrange an entertaining private tour to fit your needs.

Tips are always welcome but not at all expected. But something that is very valuable to us as a small business and costs you nothing is to leave a review or recommend us to your friends and family.

Tours are $25 per person. Children up to 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. A group discount of $20 off total price if a booking is made for 10 or more people, use GROUPSCARE at checkout. Does not apply to Private Tours.
